Richard Smith Broker/Owner
Keller Williams Realty Brighton Market Center

Rick Smith has been licensed since 1977. He has been an active Realtor for most of life as an adult. Having trained with some of North America's most respected training organizations, Rick has a thorough understanding of the complexities of the Real Estate Industry.

After four years of sucessfully managing a large. local Real Estate firm,
he founded the Keller Williams Realty Brighton Market Center in August, 1999. While beginning operations in the basement of hime home, the office rapidly grew to become
"the fastest growing Real Estate Company in Livingston County."

Even as the market and industry have dramatically changed over the past few years, the Brighton Keller Williams office continues to maintain a
strong presence in Livingston County.

Today Rick does not actively "list and sell" Real Estate. He devotes his time in offering his experience and background to train and coach his agents, provide assistance to his agents "behind the scenes," as well as coach and mentor various Keller Williams Realty, Team Leaders in Southeast Michigan.

"Real Estate is not like any other business, in that not only do the customers and clients always come first, but a Broker is only as effective as the agents on his Team, and the training guidance and support those agents receive from their Broker."
